QC Supervisor職位描述：
Job Descriptions
- Manage QC region leaders/contractor/part-time resource to reach target according to QC standard/ SOPs efficiently and cost effectively
- Ensure compliance of local practice to industrial standard and company requirement with high integrity
- Coordinate QA reports/ analysis and provide feedback in a timely manner
- Develop, drive and implement quality initiatives that cope with business needs and company values/objectives
- Analysis quality rejects and process failure in order to provide recommendation to related function for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3 years+ working experience is a must. Previous experience in Quality field / field work is preferred;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Liaise and communicate effectively with different functions/ teams;
- Open to change, strong sense of critical thinking, good logical thinking and problem solving skill.
- Attention to detail
- Mobility (around 5-10 biz trips annually)
- Unquestionable integrity
