    Dennis Hu, CEO of avarto Systems China, a global IT full service provider replied: “It’s important to have ownership of your own position.     The group got their invites by displaying entrepreneurship in the Talents Meets Bertelsmann (TMB) China workshop 2012 to enter the final. They stood out from hundreds of applicants around the country.     The students’ questions ranged from how the bosses see themselves in the workplace to even how often they cook for themselves at home. “I was struck by all the odd questions the students raised,” said Hong Kong native Ricky Ng, General Manager from iClick China, a leading online performance marketing provider in Asia. 學(xué)生的問(wèn)題可謂五花八門(mén),從老板們?nèi)绾慰创ぷ髦械淖约?,到他們多久自己在家做一次飯吃。作為一位土生土長(zhǎng)的香港人,亞洲的在線效果營(yíng)銷(xiāo)公司愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊(中國(guó))總經(jīng)理Ricky Ng表示:“我被學(xué)生們提出的各種古怪問(wèn)題雷到了?!?BR>    “I realized that students have lively and *unconfined minds.     The final of this year’s TMB China workshop, organized by Bertelsmann AG, the transnational media giant, was held from July 11 to 12 in Beijing. 今年由跨國(guó)傳媒大鱷——貝塔斯曼集團(tuán)組織的“TMB(中國(guó))商業(yè)策劃大賽”的決賽,于7月11日到12日期間在北京舉辦。
    A total of 20 participants with an entrepreneurial spirit worked in five groups to present their business proposals to the company’s top executives. 20名極富創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的參賽選手被分為五組,他們向公司的高管團(tuán)隊(duì)提交了自己的商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)。
    This year, Zhu Hongxuan from Peking University, Tang Luqiao from Wuhan University, Zhou Yue from Columbia University and Zhong Mingxuan from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology were the winners.
