    IT Support (Intern)職位描述:
    Responsibilities:
    1.IT daily operation support
    a.Accept/receive ticket assignment from service desk or the others channels
    b.Keeping timely communication and providing efficient support to customers
    c.Vendor services tracking and administer
    d.Ensure tickets be closed properly and timely
    2.Incident management
    a.Provide Tier1 support and case analysis for incidents
    b.Coordination with RFC – Request For Change
    c.Escalation management
    d.Incident PRI identification
    3.Problem management
    a.Coordination with other domain controllers to provide workarounds solution
    b.Coordination with other domain controllers for PIR – post implementation review
    4.As the Network team backup for Network lead
    Requirements:
    Bachelor degree with IT related major
    Internship experience as IT Support
    Good command of both written & oral English
