　　Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organization with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.
    

　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role. In this role, you will:
    

　　1. To be responsible for handling all account maintenance and account maintenance clean up according to guidelines and regulations.
    

　　2. To prepare relevant SAFE/PBOC and internal returns and reports under strict deadlines.
    

　　3. To scan customer account’s signature specimen to the HUB system and ensure timely update/maintenance
    

　　4. To deal with customer’s returned mails and keep proper records in both manual register and HUB
    

　　5. To file active/unclaimed/close account packets in account number order
    

　　6. To attend customer enquiries about the branch’s retail banking services
    

　　7. To back up other positions as required
    

　　Qualifications
    

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
    

　　1.Knowledge on operations and compliance procedure and guidelines
    

　　2.Familiarity with local rules and regulations
    

　　3.Good written English and communication skills
    

　　4.Familiarity with computer operation skills
