1. Production Supervisor / 生產(chǎn)主管
Major Responsibilities:
· Main production supervisor of the module manufacturing area for a given shift
· Must understand all the operational procedures for all operator positions and enforce strict compliance to these procedures
· Helps to develop and/or correct the operational procedures and process flow
· Performs basic supervisory activities, such as: review, approve, or reject timesheets and time off requests, supervise area operators, set performance and/or developmental goals, evaluate job performance, coach for performance improvement and/or personal development, hire personnel, enforce company policies, and department guidelines.
· Conduct disciplinary actions, terminations, and commendations where necessary, etc
· Act as a liaison to production management in coordinating developmental needs for operators, and provide feedback
· Maintain open communication with area supervisors to ensure consistency across all shifts
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or Bachelor's is required
· Strong skills on listening, motivational, interpersonal, time management, problem solving field
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
· Strong organizational skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail
· Must be shift and willing to work overtime as needed or requested
2. Process Engineer / 工藝工程師
Major Responsibilities:
· Provide engineering support to manufacturing to meet production output goals.
· Provide engineering support for new device / package start up.
· Initiate / implement productivity, yield and quality improvement programs.
· Provide innovative and creative solutions to upgrade / improve highly automated equipment.
· Provide leadership in problem analysis and resolution.
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Good analytical skills with a strong interest in working in a dynamic and highly automated environment.
3. Facilities Maintenance Engineer / 廠務設備維護工程師
Major Responsibilities:
· Ensure continuous efficient operation of production support system without disruption;
· Insure timely action in response to out of specification conditions that negatively affect production areas;
· Responsible for timely and accurate dissipation of operational issues that may negatively affect production support systems including timely updating of associated documentation;
· Plan, direct and coordinate activities concerned with the design, construction, modification and maintenance of equipment and machinery in the operation of the plant support systems;
· Estimate costs and ensure long term cost effective operational budget;
· Establish quality specifications and procedures in line with ISO and company’s standards to meet customers' requirements.
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical related or Electrical related engineering
· Fluent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and CAD packages;
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Test Engineer / 測試工程師
Major Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot ATE test and handling equipment
· Understand failure mechanisms, develop models and work with worldwide test organization to improve product quality, reliability and yields
· Improve test equipment overall equipment effectiveness
· Work closely with manufacturing staff and customers to realize output and quality goals
· Develop software to monitor the test production floor
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
· Familiar with UNIX operating system and windows operating systems is a plus
5. Process Integration Engineer / 工藝整合工程師
Major Responsibilities:
As an OPSENG Process integration Engineer, you will be responsible process integration function esp for those centered in Xian operations. You will be tasked with coordinating the implementation of repeatable processes and procedures for manufactured assemblies among global Micron and contracted manufacturing operations. A broad level of communication and coordination will be required to achieve best-in-class manufacturing practices through the use of Control plans and FMEA documentation. You will work closely with members of various groups including site operations, QRA, QMS, NPI and design groups etc.
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in mechanical / material or Production engineering
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
6. Planning/IE System Engineer/ 工業(yè)系統(tǒng)工程師
Major Responsibilities:
· Develop Global Production/IE Reports and Tools Establish methods for monitoring Test and Module Planning process flow control systems, tracking, and other production critical systems. Evaluate which tools work globally Create prototypes or proof of concepts Design and gather requirements
· Identify and Resolve Potential Production Issues Work with Planning, Engineering, IS, and Production to identify and handle potential production process issues Enhance existing reports and tools
· Act as a Liaison Between IS and Planning/Production Work with IS groups to maintain their standards so that the transition of tools or reports limit the impact on the IS team Work with IS to communicate and provide planning needs Provide technical knowledge and support to Planning and Production needs
· Responsible for ensuring ISO/QMS compliance
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Automation, System and Industrial Engineering.
· Excellent MS Excel skills and Good English communication skills.
7. Equipment Engineer/設備工程師
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Troubleshoot and analyze machine failure mechanism and provide effective solutions
· Implement Total Productive Maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness
· Implement preventive & predictive equipment maintenance to improve machine uptime
· Upgrade equipment to improve productivity and quality of product
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
· Good English communication skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills
· Challenger seekers with good technical skills
8. Buyer/ 采購專員
Major Responsibilities:
· Source and determine suitability of suppliers for company’s needs;
· Lead in negotiation to secure favorable terms for site and corporate agreements/contracts;
· Perform supplier assessment with user group to identify problem areas and administer appropriate counter-measures;
· Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure that they are contributing effectively to company’s objectives;
· Support factory’s purchasing requirements in the areas of material, capital equipment or facilities-related purchases;
· Improve purchasing process and procedures to increase efficiency;
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
· Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage;
· Knowledge in EPZ is a plus.
9. Planner / 計劃員
Major Responsibilities:
· Plans, schedules, coordinate, and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle.
· Works with sales, marketing, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to establish production schedules and commitments based on BOM, DRAM, engineering, and capacity constraints.
· Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
· Collaboratively works with the other supply chain groups including information systems to improve supply chain efficiency to meet company goals.
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in English, Engineering or equivalent.
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
