Hi, my name is Chris. I'm from the US and my question is what renewable energies do I use?
Currently I probably don't use many, other than something like rechargeable batteries but I do think that the area of renewable energy is a very exciting one and I think that once the cost of some of these renewable energies goes down, it will be much easier for ordinary people to take advantage of them. Solar power, wind power, biofuels and things like that.
I was excited to find out about the new Nissan Leaf which is, as I understand it, the first fully electric car for the average consumer.
So I hope things like this continue to expand and that with a lot of research and a little help and stimulation through the government that the technology can eventually reduce the costs and make it more competitive with fossil fuels so that way hopefully these things will replace fossil fuels in the near future.
