前臺兼行政助理職位描述:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)外線電話的轉(zhuǎn)接,客戶接待工作,會議室協(xié)調(diào)及安排;
2. 負(fù)責(zé)快遞、信件的收發(fā)、統(tǒng)計等工作及國際和國內(nèi)快遞對賬
3. 協(xié)助員工國外出差的簽證申請和流程安排。
4. 所有員工國內(nèi)外出差機(jī)票和酒店預(yù)定
5. 協(xié)助辦理總部外籍員工來訪事宜(如出具邀請信、酒店預(yù)定、車輛安排等)
6. 協(xié)助中國區(qū)外籍員工辦理各項行政事宜
7. 負(fù)責(zé)文具、辦公日用品的匯總,購買和發(fā)放等管理工作;
8. 協(xié)助辦理員工入、離職手續(xù),員工信息收集。
9. 員工名片制作和結(jié)賬,新員工入職安排。
10. 協(xié)助公司各類會務(wù)和宴請的計劃和安排工作;
11. 完成上級交給的其它事務(wù)性工作。
具備條件:
1. 具有良好的適應(yīng)性和熟練的溝通技巧, 較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)能力和組織管理能力;
2. 有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感及敬業(yè)精神,吃苦耐勞,并能承受較大的工作壓力;
3. 具有較強(qiáng)的語言和書面表達(dá)能力;熟練操作Excel,word等辦公室軟件, 完成交辦的各種報表,文案;
4. 具有較好的英語口語和表達(dá)能力。
Description
Pick up and transfer internal & external call, visitor reception, coordinate meeting rooms.
In/out letter and express delivery, domestic & international express bill settlement
Employee visa application for international business trip
Air-tickets and hotel booking
Assist the HQ’s colleague visit (prepare invitation letter, hotel booking, car arrangement).
Assist to deal with expatriates ’ Admin affairs (work permit, room rent.)
In charge of stationary collect ,purchase, give away
Responsible for employee join and demission, collect employee’s information
Make preparation for new comer(business card,door card,uniform)
Assist to make arrangement for company’s activities and meetings
Other tasks demanded from Dept Supervisor & Manager
Job knowledge/skill:
1. Work hard/Good coordinator ability/Resist pressure
2. Honesty/responsible/good communication skill/reliable and stable
3. Good skill of office computer and communication skill in English
