Scholarships and Financial Aid 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和助學(xué)金
1.Scholarship Eligibility
- Those who have outstanding academic records, those who have financial difficulties, those who have submitted a complete scholarship application in time and those who have been exemplary to others.
- Academic Standards
① Students who entered prior to 2004:
Students who have earned 15 credit hours (12 credit hours in the semester before the last semester) during the previous semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0
② Students who entered in 2005 or after:
Students who have earned 12 credit hours (9 credit hours in the semester just before the last semester) during the previous semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0
- Exceptions
① Students who are re-registering for additional semester(s) due to insufficient grades or credit hour requirements for graduation must pay the tuition in full to apply for a scholarship.
② Students must not have any failing grades in the previous semester to be eligible for the academic excellence scholarship.
③ Returning students must also apply during the application period to be eligible for a scholarship (however, returning students whose tuition is exempted are not eligible).
1.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)資格
- 學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)優(yōu)秀，能成為其他人的榜樣，但是家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難，并在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)提交了完整的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)的學(xué)生。

① 2004年之前入學(xué)：
上一學(xué)期得到15學(xué)分(后一個(gè)學(xué)期的前一學(xué)期得到12學(xué)分)，GPA2.0或以上
② 2005年或之后入學(xué)：
上一學(xué)期得到12學(xué)分(后一個(gè)學(xué)期的前一學(xué)期得到9學(xué)分)，GPA2.0或以上
- 例外
① 因?yàn)閷W(xué)分不滿而注冊(cè)額外學(xué)期的學(xué)生需繳納全額學(xué)費(fèi)后才可以申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金
② 成績(jī)優(yōu)秀的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金要求上一學(xué)期無(wú)不及格課程
③ 復(fù)學(xué)學(xué)生也需要在獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)期內(nèi)申請(qǐng)(但是，免學(xué)費(fèi)復(fù)學(xué)學(xué)生不能進(jìn)行申請(qǐng))
2.Scholarship Application Period
- The scholarship application period shall be setup at the end of the semester that comes immediately before the scholarship receiving semester. For example, to receive a scholarship for the second semester of 2014, students must apply for scholarship during the scholarship application period at the end of the first semester of 2014.
- Students must check the announcements for the application period that shall be notified on the university (undergraduate) website.
