每次回北海，我都會(huì)纏著爺爺奶奶實(shí)現(xiàn)我的兩個(gè)愿望――去游泳和去潿洲島玩。大家都知道，北海有個(gè)天下第一灘――銀灘。夏天去那兒游泳是最舒服不過(guò)的了。金黃色的沙灘，蔚藍(lán)的大海，誰(shuí)到了那不被那里的景色而吸引住呢？這時(shí)我需要做的事情就是：舒舒服服地泡個(gè)海水浴，讓蔚藍(lán)的海水洗去我在學(xué)習(xí)上的一切煩惱。
第二個(gè)去潿洲島的愿望就比較難實(shí)現(xiàn)了。潿洲島是中國(guó)最年輕的火山島，所以我非常想去看看火山島是什么樣子的。可偏偏天有不測(cè)風(fēng)云，每年7、8月份的風(fēng)特別大，去潿洲島的船全都停航了。所以，我每次都把希望寄托在明年：真希望明年7、8月份的風(fēng)能夠小一點(diǎn)，讓我過(guò)個(gè)沒(méi)有遺憾的假期啊。

說(shuō)到夏天的運(yùn)動(dòng)，人們很快就會(huì)想到游泳。我非常喜歡游泳，因?yàn)?，游泳既能鍛煉身體，又能解暑，真是一舉兩得啊。
今年暑假，我?guī)缀跆焯於己臀业囊蝗汉门笥岩黄鹑ビ斡境赜斡荆黄鹪谒凶矫圆?、打排球、打水仗、比賽游泳，那別提有多刺激了。不過(guò)，雖然是在夏天，媽媽可沒(méi)忘記時(shí)時(shí)提醒著我：小心別著涼了。
假期快結(jié)束的時(shí)候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我的臂力增強(qiáng)了許多，這都是因?yàn)樵趧澦畷r(shí)，充分鍛煉了手臂。
今年的暑假真是個(gè)既健康又快樂(lè)的暑假啊。
