每次回北海，我都會纏著爺爺奶奶實現(xiàn)我的兩個愿望――去游泳和去潿洲島玩。大家都知道，北海有個天下第一灘――銀灘。夏天去那兒游泳是最舒服不過的了。金黃色的沙灘，蔚藍的大海，誰到了那不被那里的景色而吸引住呢？這時我需要做的事情就是：舒舒服服地泡個海水浴，讓蔚藍的海水洗去我在學習上的一切煩惱。
第二個去潿洲島的愿望就比較難實現(xiàn)了。潿洲島是中國最年輕的火山島，所以我非常想去看看火山島是什么樣子的?？善煊胁粶y風云，每年7、8月份的風特別大，去潿洲島的船全都停航了。所以，我每次都把希望寄托在明年：真希望明年7、8月份的風能夠小一點，讓我過個沒有遺憾的假期啊。
二、運動
說到夏天的運動，人們很快就會想到游泳。我非常喜歡游泳，因為，游泳既能鍛煉身體，又能解暑，真是一舉兩得啊。
今年暑假，我?guī)缀跆焯於己臀业囊蝗汉门笥岩黄鹑ビ斡境赜斡荆黄鹪谒凶矫圆?、打排球、打水仗、比賽游泳，那別提有多刺激了。不過，雖然是在夏天，媽媽可沒忘記時時提醒著我：小心別著涼了。
假期快結束的時候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我的臂力增強了許多，這都是因為在劃水時，充分鍛煉了手臂。
今年的暑假真是個既健康又快樂的暑假啊。
