From my own perspective, there are a couple of factors that contribute to the mistake-making during the rush. On the top of my mind, lacking of long-term consideration is the thing that contribute to the mistake that people make when they’re in a hurry.

I love baking things like cinnamon rolls, pizza dough, granola...I'm craving. The goal is to make food as good or better than the grocery store and make it in mass quantity and just how I like it. Baking is a fun tradition and a great way to teach future generations to love the art of cooking. I also like to give cookies and food to friends.
