A: I am going to America to attend a sales conference, so I'd like to apply for a visitor visa.

A: Sure, I am Helena and I was born on April, 27th, 1981.
A: 我叫海琳娜，出生于1981年4月27日。
B: So, you just said you would attend a conference there, could you please tell me in detail what this conference is about and have you got the invitation?
B: 那么您剛才說要去參加一個會議，您能不能詳細說一下這次會議，還有您收到邀請函了嗎？
A: Of course. That is an annual sales conference held by Leech company of America, and we have much business with the company, so I was invited to the conference.
A: 當然可以。這是一個由美國利奇公司舉辦的一次銷售年會，我們和利奇公司有不少生意上的往來，所以我被邀請去參加此次會議。
B: When do you prepare to depart?
B: 您準備什么時候出發(fā)？
A: I was planning to leave for America next month.
A: 我是打算下個月出發(fā)。
B: OK, we will make your visa finished as soon as possible.
B: 好的，我們會盡快辦好您的簽證。
