中華人民共和國民用航空法(2) 國務(wù)院民用航空主管部門設(shè)立的地區(qū)民用航空管理機(jī)構(gòu)依照國務(wù)院民用航空主管部門的授權(quán)，監(jiān)督管理各該地區(qū)的民用航空活動(dòng)。 The regional civil aviation administrative organs set up by the competent civil aviation authority under the State Council supervise and administer the civil aviation activities in their respective regions in accordance with the authorizations of the competent civil aviation authority under the State Council.
第四條 國家扶持民用航空事業(yè)的發(fā)展，鼓勵(lì)和支持發(fā)展民用航空的科學(xué)研究和教育事業(yè)，提高民用航空科學(xué)技術(shù)水平。 Article 4 The State supports the development of civil aviation industry, and encourages and supports the progress of scientific research and education in the field of civil aviation and the improvement of civil aviation science and technology.
國家扶持民用航空器制造業(yè)的發(fā)展，為民用航空活動(dòng)提供安全、先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、適用的民用航空器。 The State supports the development of civil aircraft manufacturing industry so as to provide safe, advanced, economical and suitable civil aircraft for civil aviation activities.
第二章 民用航空器國籍 Chapter II Nationality of Civil Aircraft
第五條 本法所稱民用航空器，是指除用于執(zhí)行軍事、海關(guān)、警察飛行任務(wù)外的航空器。 Article 5 Civil aircraft as referred to in this Law means aircraft other than those used in flight missions of military, customs and police services.
第六條 經(jīng)中華人民共和國國務(wù)院民用航空主管部門依法進(jìn)行國籍登記的民用航空器，具有中華人民共和國國籍，由國務(wù)院民用航空主管部門發(fā)給國籍登記證書。 Article 6 A civil aircraft that has performed its nationality registration with the competent civil aviation authority under the State Council of the People's Republic of China according to law has the nationality of the People's Republic of China, and shall be issued a nationality registration certificate by the competent civil aviation authority under the State Council.
