1. I’ve no idea.
表示不知道(相當于 I don’t know. )，意為：我不知道。如：
A：What’s the time? 幾點鐘了?
B：I’ve no idea. 我不知道。
A：When did he leave here? 他何時離開此地的?
B：I’ve no idea. 我不知道。
I’ve no idea of his address. 我不知道他的住址。
I’ve no idea what you mean. 我摸不清你的意思
2. It’s [That’s] a good idea.
表示愉快地回答建議等，意為：好主意!那是個好主意! 如：
A：Why not ask the teacher? 為什么不去問問老師呢?
B：That’s a good idea. 這是個好主意。
A：How about going to the seaside? 去海邊玩怎么樣?
B：It’s a good idea. 那是個好主意。
也可說成 Good idea. 或 That’s an idea! 如：
A：Shall we go fishing? 我們?nèi)メ烎~怎么樣?
B：Good idea. 好主意。
A：Shall i ask him to come tonight? 我請他今晚來好不好?
B：Mm, that’s an idea! I’d never thought of that. 嗯，這倒是個好主意，我怎么沒想到呢!
有時為了強調(diào)也可用 What a good idea! 如：

3. What a idea!
用來對不現(xiàn)實的或愚蠢的想法或做法感到驚奇或表示反對，意為：多奇怪的想法! 多可笑的想法! 真是個餿主意! 虧你想得出! 太不像話啦! 真是異想天開! 如：
What a idea! Playing in the snow in your bare feet!You’ll catch your death of cold! 簡直太不象話啦!你居然光著腳在雪里玩! 你會傷風(fēng)的，簡直是找死!
Go to city on the back of a motorbike? What a idea! I’m much too old for that! 坐在摩托后座到市里去?真是餿主意! 我這么大的歲數(shù)哪能那么干?
也可說成 The (very) idea! 或 The idea of it! 如：
The idea!—That woman all but telling me I havepoor taste in clothes! 太不像話啦!那個女人差不多是在教訓(xùn)我對衣服的趣味太低了!
He actually said that to someone of your years andexperience? The idea of it! 他真的對像這樣年紀和閱歷的人說這樣的話嗎? 真是荒唐!
4. You’ve no idea!
用來加強前面所說話的語氣，意為：你不知道吧! 你想象不到吧! 你根本不知道! 如：
It was so hot—you’ve no idea! 那是多么熱---你根本不知道!
He’s that conceited, you’ve no idea! 你不知道他有多自負!
Oh，it was terrible, you’ve no idea. 喔，要多可怕有可怕，你都想象不到。
