Responsibilities:
Develop marketing & sales activities to meet or exceed company’s annual targets as defined with
the management
Lead a Sales, Customers Services and Logistic support team
Implement and Manage Repair Contracts signed with OEMs as their authorized repair centers
including materials procurement import/export, warranty support, repair performance
Develop dedicated marketing strategy with Customers
Prepare and negotiate Customers proposals and contracts
Meet Customers satisfaction targets set by the management
Interface daily with other company departments such as production, finance and quality
Arrange regular visits to Customers and OEMs
Provide regular and timely activities reports to OEMs and Customers as required
Be proactive in the marketing and Customers services fields to secure and bring new business
Conduct market analysis and collect information on markets trends.
Manage import/export and logistics including relationship with Customs Bureau
Follow up of accounts receivables.

Customers Services oriented skills

Strong team working and management abilities.
Knowledge of Airworthiness basic regulations such as CAAC, FAA or EASA
Ability and flexibility to deal with different projects at the same time
Communication skills both internally and externally
Ability to travel in/out China
IT skills such as Microsoft Office tools (excel, PPT, etc).
Experience with Airlines maintenance departments such as procurement, engineering , quality is a
plus.
Working experience with foreign Aircraft OEM is plus.
