執(zhí)行飛機(jī)檢驗(yàn)工作，保證飛機(jī)維修工作達(dá)到可接受標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并確保飛機(jī)在執(zhí)行完工作后放行時(shí)，處于適航狀態(tài)
Physically inspects aircraft, aircraft components, and reviews related paperwork to ensure that workmanship meets acceptable standards of quality, and that customer aircraft are returned to service in an airworthy condition with all required documentation properly completed and filed.
負(fù)責(zé)所有的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)工作。
Responsible for all quality control inspections on aircraft in the Repair Station.
完成重大修理改裝的檢驗(yàn)，并使其滿足規(guī)章要求。
Completes inspections of aircraft repairs and alterations to ensure conformity to CAAC approved/acceptable data.
工作執(zhí)行期間，協(xié)調(diào)檢驗(yàn)工作的合理安排和實(shí)施。
Coordinates mechanical, electrical and inspection requirements on the aircraft during maintenance or outfitting.
飛機(jī)放行前檢查所有維護(hù)文件。
Conducts audits of maintenance documentation for accuracy and completion on all aircraft prior to approval for return to service.
放行飛機(jī)并確保飛機(jī)在投入運(yùn)行前已達(dá)到適航標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
RTS and Ensures aircraft is airworthy prior to any flight activities.
執(zhí)行其它安排的工作。
Performs other duties as required.

檢查并確認(rèn)計(jì)劃執(zhí)行的AD及SB的適用性
Accomplish research of Aircraft Log Books and or computer maintenance programs to identify ongoing inspection programs, status of aircraft within those programs, Airworthiness Directive status, and Service Bulletin status.
持續(xù)監(jiān)控確保維修站的整體工作滿足CCAR145部和公司質(zhì)量手冊(cè)的要求。
Continually monitor repair station compliance with CCAR145 and the accepted site Repair Station and Quality Control Manual.
協(xié)助培訓(xùn)新任檢驗(yàn)員
Assist leads and supervisors in training of Airworthiness Inspectors.
參與并指導(dǎo)排故和操作測(cè)試工作。
Works with and instructs subordinate mechanics/technicians in troubleshooting and operational/functional procedures.
簽署批準(zhǔn)返還使用證明
Signs CAAC Statement of conformity on projects completed on his/her aircraft.
對(duì)于經(jīng)驗(yàn)缺乏的檢驗(yàn)員提供崗位實(shí)習(xí)的培訓(xùn)
Provide training to less experienced Airworthiness Inspectors. Promote high standards of quality through instruction and by setting the example.

Perform Safety Monitor on the whole repair station maintenance system.

Operating Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
熟悉中國(guó)民航規(guī)章及各類適航類表格
Proficient in the utilization of CCAR, CCAR forms and documents. HS/GED.
熟練地查詢和閱讀各類飛機(jī)維護(hù)手冊(cè)
Proficient in blueprint reading, use/interpretation of maintenance manuals, test specs and other related documentation.
熟練的電腦操作能力
Strong computer skills.
教育背景和培訓(xùn)要求：

CCAR66 License required.
持有CCAR66部維修人員執(zhí)照
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求：
Experience Requirements:
至少八年以上的飛機(jī)維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；其中三年以上的檢驗(yàn)員工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
8 years maintenance experience on large or mid-size aircraft.include more than 3 years experience as an inspector
