  ü   Build up lean culture in the factory, promote a continuous improvement environment.
    

  ü   Provide lean concept and tools training to all employees.
    

  ü   Define the current and future state Value Streams to plan and prioritize continuous improvement activities.
    

  ü  Lead/coach/drive lean improvements in manufacturing processes to reduce waste, variation and cost, improve quality and productivity etc.
    

·                                 Communicate projects progress, status and issues to business leaders.
    

Qualification:
    

  ü   Targeting year 3 undergraduates or year 2 of postgraduates withEngineering degree

Requirements
    

  ü   Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering. Engineering MBA Preferred
    

  ü   Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge with lean principles and tools such as VSM, JIT, Kaizen, SPC, Statistical Problem Solving, TPM, 6S etc.
    

  ü   Well Known Lean Manufacturing and Lean Methodology.
    

  ü   Strong leadership & teamwork Spirit.
    

  ü   Excellent Presentation Skill to demonstrate Best Practice across sites through Submit, Chatter & Blog.
    

 
    

Planner Buyer Analyst

  ü   Conduct the research, plan, pilot, document, communicate, implement and coordinate key fulfillment capabilities for ODM manufacturing.
    

  ü   Coordinates research and resolution of order management, procurement, logistics, import, export compliance issues that’s relevant to the ODM fulfillment.
    

  ü   Manage, improve and exceed productivity and business goals for ODM fulfillment
    

  ü   Liaise with other functions within the organization to drive improvement projects in order fulfillment, ODM manufacturing, increase efficiency in logistics channel.
