1、跳橡皮筋——Chinese jump rope
規(guī)則：The game begins with choosing the jump pattern to follow and with the holders holding the rubberband around their ankles. There are many jump patterns and most are accompanied by a song. This is sometimes called the "first level". The jumper tries to complete the chosen pattern. If the moves are completed successfully, then the rope is moved farther up and the series is repeated. When the rope gets too high for a normal person to jump over it, the player then kneels and uses his or her hands instead.
2、踢毽子——Shuttlecock kicking
規(guī)則：There are endless variations in terms of styles and methods of kicking -- just as long as the shuttlecock remains in the air. With one leg fixed on the ground, the shuttlecock is kicked by the inner ankle of the other. Some other styles include kicking the shuttlecock back and forth between two people. Those who advance to a high level of mastery can perform some truly impressive feats.
3、翻花繩——Cat's cradle
規(guī)則：The aim of the game is to make a series of figures including the "cat's cradle". This is created by two sets of crossed string between both hands. A second player grasps each cross horizontally . The first player lets go of the figure and the second player stretches it open by bringing apart the thumbs and fingers. A series of other alterations produce more figures, some of which lead back to the first figure while some are dead ends and cannot be transformed.
