Caller: Good afternoon. I’d like to make an appointment for tomorrow, if possible. Anytime is fine. Dr Kenny's my doctor.
A: Dr Kenny, let me see...I'm afraid her schedule is full tomorrow. The earliest I can make an appointment for you is the day after tomorrow at 11 in the morning-if that's all right by you.
C: Urm, I can't make it in the morning on that day. How about the afternoon?
A: OK, then how about 2:30 on the 23rd?
C: Yes, that’s OK. My name is Richard Dalloway.
A: OK, Richard, then please come in at 2:30 on the 23rd.Bye.
C: Thank you. Bye.
