    (1) At your request, we send you under cover a quotation sheet showing our lowest price for walnutmeat of first grade at RMB ¥15,000 per metric ton on CIF Vancouver basis.
    (2) We wish to place an order for 60 M/T of walnutmeat of first trade at the price you quoted.
    Please pack the goods in sacks of 100 kgs each and ship our order in three shipments of 20 tons each month, commencing from October 2002.
    We will open an irrevocable L/C by sight draft in your favour after receipt of your Sales Contract. We hope the goods will be insured against All Risks and War risk for 110% of the invoice value as per CIC of January 1st, 1981.
    (3) We are pleased to inform you that we have booked your order and are sending you our Sales Contract No. 4173 signed in Shijiazhuang on 28th July 2002 in duplicate. Kindly return one copy countersigned at your earliest convenience.
