Title: Translation Intern (集團傳訊部實習(xí)生)
Responsibility:
1. Drafting and proofreading the CN/EN spotlight articles for e-newsletters and corporate magazine
2. Collecting and filing the photos and video/audio material for further process
3. Brainstorming for magazine/e-newsletter column/article selecting
4. Assisting with the preparation of materials for internal and external presentations.
5. Responding to inquiries as appropriate and assisting other special projects as needed.
6. Assets purchase, office supply orders, overall office maintenance
7. Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties
8. Planning and coordinating of events.
Requirements:
1. Excellent English translation skill + communication skill;
2. Creative and careful, should be a quick learner;
3. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
4. Can work hard and diligently under pressure;
5. Can work 4 days a week as least;
6. 研二，研三,有企業(yè)實習(xí)、學(xué)?？锝?jīng)歷者優(yōu)先
注：
該職位主要工作為翻譯內(nèi)部文案資料，也會接觸一些文件整理等行政工作;
時間必須保證4天/周，6個月及以上;
