招聘職位：研究與開發(fā)部培訓(xùn)生
工作地點(diǎn)：上海市-浦東新區(qū)
工作職責(zé)：
- Manage Innovation and Productivity project which involve cross function collaboration.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills to achieve stated results
- Plan and deliver lab & pilot plant test for different business purposes
- Coordinate industry trial run from planning, carry out and report issue
- Consolidate trial run protocol and support Commercialization documentation
- Report and provide feedback to the team and manager on results with conclusion, recommendation, risks & backup solution and timetable
任職資格：
- Bachelor’s Degree or above on Food Science and Technology
- High self-motivated and strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Willing to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Good organization experience and skill
- Good team working spirit
- Fluently speak/write in Chinese and English
