Job Title: Test Engineer
Location: Beijing
Duties:
Work with design engineers to define testability requirements to ensure controllability and observability needs are met to support ATE development and manufacturing test;
Assure that the ATE Test methodologies and strategies (production testing) for all assigned products are defined and implemented into test plan;
Responsible for developing the design validation strategies and detailed plans for all assigned products;
Develop test programs and evaluate product designs through the use of ATE, and then generate, analyze and create reports of test data;
Work with design engineers to debug and define optimal ATE test solutions;
Work with other division test and char groups to identify possible co-operative opportunities to improve test capabilities, etc. and to learn new techniques, approaches etc;
Work with Product Definition Engineers & Product Line Engineers to ensure that Design for Test requirements are incorporated into new product designs.
Requirements:
Master degree graduated from Electronic or Automation major;
Familiar with software programming with VC/VB;
Strong experience in lab with test equipment like oscilloscope, generator, network analyzer etc;
Skill on PCB design and assembly, Proficiency with PCB Design tools;
Experience in semiconductor test would be a plus;
Experience and knowledge in IC design would be a plus;
Experience in Logic, Switch, Audio, Power application would be a plus;
Behavioral Qualifications:
Good team work and cooperation awareness required;
Good operational and analytical ability required;
Good command of written and spoken English required;
Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills;
International travel will be required
