We are currently seeking a Visualization Software Engineer to join our Data Visualization Development Team in Beijing, China.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement functionality that graphically represents data in a user friendly manner.
Contribute to the design and development of interactive web and static printable reports.
Participate in testing activities.
Maintain and help support existing services.
Production support as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
Experience in object-oriented design
Systems Development lifecycle experience
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to communicate in both written and verbal English
Data visualization concepts and techniques.
Hands-on experience with web application programming technologies such as JAVA, JSP, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, Ajax, JQuery and JSON.
Knowledge of Relational database modeling, SQL, Oracle
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Eclipse, SVN, Maven
Experience with Agile software development teams (XP teams)
Experience in projects that span multiple geographic locations
Experience with Eclipse BIRT, JavaScript Charting.
Experience with any other report/visualization tool is a big plus
Experience with User Experience Design is a plus
Experience in financial services is a plus
Production support experience is a plus
