JD:
• Review commercial contracts in English and in Chinese; 審閱中英文商務(wù)合同；
• Identify and analyze legal and contractual risks; 指認(rèn)和分析法律和合同風(fēng)險；
• Make review comments and revise the contracts if needed; 摘錄紀(jì)要，有需要的話修改合同；
Requirement:
• Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week; 至少每周保證三天的工作量；
• Fluent in both oral and written English; 流利的英文口語和書面表達(dá)；
• Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable school with a law degree will be a plus; 優(yōu)先考慮優(yōu)秀的法學(xué)院學(xué)生；
• Proficient in MS office tools; 精通電腦操作，尤其是 office軟件；
