Personal Assistan職位描述:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)經(jīng)理的日常行程安排,包括日程表安排、會(huì)議安排、出差行程安排,機(jī)票、酒店、餐廳預(yù)訂等
2. 接待拜訪經(jīng)理的客人,接聽訪問經(jīng)理的電話等
3. 協(xié)助經(jīng)理進(jìn)行內(nèi)部與外部的溝通工作,使其更順暢有效的執(zhí)行
4. 按照經(jīng)理的要求規(guī)劃及準(zhǔn)備會(huì)議和活動(dòng),并做好相關(guān)記錄和分析
5. 文檔管理、文件翻譯、名片掃描歸檔,傳真、掃描、復(fù)印等工作
6. 經(jīng)理交辦的其他工作任務(wù)
要求:
1. 秘書助理工作或相關(guān)工作崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)組織能力
3. 英語流利,英語6級(jí)以上水平
1. Resposible for manger schedule arrangement, including calenda arragement and reminding, business trip, booking hotel, restaurant reservation ect.
2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and receiving visitors
3. Facilitate internal and external communication for manger
4. Planning & prepareation conferences and events for manger, taking meeting minutes
5. Make or arrage documentation work, including fillng, translation, business card scan and filling, typing, faxing, copying, etc
6. Other tasks required by manger
Requirements:
1. Working experience of secretary or related postion
2. Good at communication and organization
3. CET-6 or above
