Position: Customer Service Specialist,Truck
Division：Automotive
Location: Jinan
Job Description,
- Participates actively in all quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
- Reviews enquiries and contracts to ensure that customers’ requirements are well-understood and can be satisfied within company’s ability and policy.
- Prepares quotation in SCSS accurately and according to the defined company standard and policy for customer to facilitate business negotiation.
- Prepares contracts (if required) and perform contract review to ensure that customers’ requirements are well defined in the contracts and are within company’s capability and policy. This responsibility is not applicable to those contracts received and reviewed by CS Supervisor and Unit Head.
- Performs order follow-up which includes order entry, acknowledgment and monitoring of delivery changes to ensure that customers’ requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily.
- Coordinates with SKF Group and related functional areas to achieve the defined level of service-out reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Works closely with customers and related functional areas on delivery and payment arrangement to prevent unnecessary pile-up of stock.
- Handles administrative complaints promptly to provide satisfactory explanation and corrective actions to customers.
- Assists in sales forecasting of backorders to facilitate the monitoring of sales target achievement.
- Advises customer about shipping status and related documents to ensure that customers are well informed of the delivery status.
- Coordinates with related functions or importer assigned by customer to arrange delivery of physical goods and related documents such as invoice, packing list etc. to customer on time according to customer’s requirement.
- Coordinates with business team or customer to arrange goods return and follow up on the issue of credit note after receiving inspection
- Supports distributor to ensure a smooth TecCom operation.
Requirements,
- Bachelor Degree in business studies or equivalent
- Basic PC skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in business and commercial field
