HR Intern職位描述:
Primary Duties:
Responsible for administrative and tactical support for training and development program for Cummins China. Training plan includes continuous assessment of employee development needs for office and professional positions, as well as the development, implementation and evaluation of training efforts that align with the business strategy and corporate initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Assist Training manager in creating training and development program and action plan to implement dynamic learning systems contributing to the success of the organization; align with Corporate HRs strategic initiatives
2. Support the infrastructure for all training and development programs; follow standardized methods and procedures for evaluation, measurement and reporting
3. Responsible for maintaining the companys people management system to create a central repository for all training and development data, and capture data for evaluation purposes
4. Ensure that the programs are properly tracked within annual training plan
5. Coordinate employees participation in HR learning initiatives
6. Develop monthly and quarterly department reports
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Proficiency of Excel and Word
2. Good Team Player
3. Detail orientated
4. Sound English ability to communicate and interact clearly both in oral and writing
5. Could work at least 4 working days per week, and work more than 6 month
