招聘崗位：
    

一、運(yùn)營(yíng)助理：
    

專業(yè)知識(shí)：電子商務(wù)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、信息管理、法學(xué)或法律等專業(yè);
    

崗位職責(zé)：
    

協(xié)助運(yùn)營(yíng)部門查找商戶規(guī)則相關(guān)資料，完成文檔整理和編輯。協(xié)助運(yùn)營(yíng)主管將用戶規(guī)則落實(shí)成文檔。部門的會(huì)議組織，溝通協(xié)調(diào)。
    

淘寶、京東等電商的買家，做過(guò)淘寶賣家的優(yōu)先，在電子商務(wù)公司商戶服務(wù)部門有過(guò)實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先;
    

技能要求：了解office基本操作;
    

二、招商實(shí)習(xí)生
    

崗位職責(zé)：
    

1、協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理完成招商、銷售、渠道拓展等相關(guān)工作;
    

2、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的任務(wù)。
    

任職資格：
    

1、 市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷類、電子商務(wù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)類、管理類、中文、房地產(chǎn)相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先考慮;
    

2、氣質(zhì)形象佳，積極熱情、溝通能力強(qiáng)、有一定的親和力;
    

3、 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，能夠吃苦耐勞，身體健康;對(duì)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)有濃厚興趣，愿意從事招商工作，樂(lè)于從事有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作;
    

4、目前已無(wú)固定課程，可進(jìn)行全職實(shí)習(xí)(論文答辯、考試可適當(dāng)調(diào)整工作時(shí)間)。
