Intern – Japan Team (Shanghai office)
Responsibilities:
- Assist team members with daily execution of time-sensitive research requests by understanding & translating client requests
- Translate Council Members profile and capture critical data
- Place calls to GLG experts, known as Council Members, to join consultation
Personal characteristics:
- Excellence in communication skills, including demonstrate proficiency in oral, written and presentation abilities in a business setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, etc.)
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Fluency in using technology tools to improve effectiveness and increase efficiency
- Bachelor degree or above from top Chinese universities, a master degree is a plus
- Could work at least 3 days a week for 3 months
