    關(guān)于此次招聘Intern,有幾點(diǎn)要說:
    1. 此職位是直接匯報(bào)給亞太區(qū)高層人員,VP以上,所以有一定要求,優(yōu)先考慮畢業(yè)的學(xué)生或者有2年以上跨國(guó)公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者。
    2. 此職位有留用機(jī)會(huì),目前只考慮即將畢業(yè)的學(xué)生和有2年以上外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者。
    3. 工作地點(diǎn):閘北區(qū)市北高新技術(shù)園區(qū),公司有班車線路,園區(qū)也有班車至附近地鐵站接送。
    4. 工作時(shí)間:要求盡快入職,一周工作時(shí)間不少于3天,實(shí)習(xí)期三個(gè)月至六個(gè)月。每周可工作天數(shù)較長(zhǎng)的優(yōu)先考慮。
    5. 工作薪資面議。美企,工作氛圍較輕松,同事氛圍很好。
    6. 個(gè)人認(rèn)為此職位發(fā)展前景很好,前助理基本都轉(zhuǎn)去關(guān)鍵部門任用,老板們?nèi)硕己躈ice,但是對(duì)任職人員各方面素質(zhì)要求較高。

    I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
    1. This position will provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Officer.
    II. ACCOUNTABILITY
    1. This position will report directly to Senior Officer.
    III. REQUIREMENT
    1. Bachelor degree or above,
    2. Good command of both verbal and written English language (CET-6)
    3. Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    4. Excellent organizational skills and very meticulous in completing tasks.
    5. Good interpersonal communication skills
    6. Discretion and handling confidential information
    7. Highly skilled at multi-tasking, reliable, independent
    8. Preferably with 2 year working experience in multi-national company
    9. Willing to work under pressure and perform efficiently
    10. Must have very pleasant personality, honest, smart and confidential.
    IV. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Screen/organize/prioritize the phone calls/faxes/meetings/correspondence/visitors;
    2. Handle all administrative duties for the president, including travelling and lodging arrangements;
    3. Word process letters, memos, reports, presentations;
    4. Collect information needed by the executive for conferences, reports and projects;
    5. Establish and maintain confidential files and reports;
    6. Provide administrative support to the senior officer;
    7. Perform other related duties as required.
