Marketing Intern 市場部實習生(work 4 days a week or above)職位描述:
實習職位,歡迎大三及研二學(xué)生應(yīng)聘。
Reporting Line: Brand Managers
Location: Accor Corporate Office, Shanghai
Position Overview:
The role of marketing trainee is to provide support to the Brand Managers. This job description is an outline of the role’s major responsibilities. As the position evolves the responsibilities may be subject to change. Other duties and responsibilities may be added as required.
Expected results:
The scope would be to work on key projects:
1. Establish marketing templates
2. Photo library review
3. Brand tools library review
4. Brand products development
Qualifications:
1. Good computer skills
2. Maintain clear communication channel with colleagues
3. Able to work as a team player
4. Good oral and written English
5. Organized and with an eye for detail
Others:
1. Contribute to cost control through energy conservation, correct storage of all materials and use of equipment per operating standards and manufacturer’s specifications.
2. Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within the given time frames.
3. Follow procedures with respect to grooming, performance and conduct standards, occupational health and safety, emergency procedures and all other property policies and procedures as detailed in the employee handbook / department procedure manuals / company policy manuals.
4. Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Accor Internet and Email policy.
5. Ensure corporate, customer and staff information or transactions are kept confidential during and after your employment contract expires.
6. Perform any other reasonable request within your range of competence as required by Management.
Customer service:
1. Provide friendly and professional service to all internal and external customers.
2. Lead by example when attending to internal customer requests.
3. Work together with colleagues and management, in an environment of trust, to meet the business objectives set.
