All the positions for the graduates program need first class English skill requirement and thus we will include the English testing in phone interview.
Will written test be arranged?
Yes. We will arrange the written test for the candidates who pass the first round phone interview. The written test will be arranged in Rio Tinto Shanghai office.
How many rounds of elimination are there in the selection process?
4 rounds, including phone interview, written test, HR interview and hiring manager interview.
Where is the office location?
In Shanghai downtown, Wheelock Building 40 ,41,42F near Jing’An temple. You are also welcomed to have a site tour in our office.
How about the salary and benefit package for graduates?
The annual base salary will be above 120,000RMB subject to your own capability and we will provide good opportunities for you to advance within a dynamic global organization.
