1. EE background or relative
2. Be able to operate some lab equipments, such as scop
3. Full time work from next Jan. to Mar (at work day), after that part time or
full time negotiable
4. Verbal and written English is not too bad
SKILLS
1. Knowledge in the design, debug, and qualification of board level hardware
2. Able to take initiative, strong sense of urgency and teamwork
3. Ability to learn technical concepts and material quickly and independently
4. Ability to work as part of a Global design and development team, Strong interpersonal and Communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Chinese
5. Knowledge in one or more of the following IO Protocols: Ethernet, iSCSI, Fibre channel, FCoE, or SAS is a plus
6. Knowledge in IA architecture, chipsets, and PCIe is a plus
7. Knowledge of server and storage systems, particularly RAID systems, is a plus
8. Experience with Driver interaction and integration with various Operating Systems (Win2K8 , Linux, and VMWare) a plus
