Job Summary
To assist the project teams in assigned administrative duties to ensure client
needs are fully met.
1. Assure office security, maintenance, tidiness, efficient supply of statione
ry
2. Ensure that urgent matters are drawn to the relevant staff accordingly
3 Arrange hotels and ticket for staff members
4.Arrange booking conference room
5. Register of company car usage and expense
6. Provide other administrative support to the assigned project teams
Requirements
1. Associate degree and above;
2. Good PC operation skills especially in MS/Office(Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
3. Good command of English, written and oral;
4. Team work spirit;
5. Outstanding learning ability
