急聘：system engineer (intern)
Job Description:
Ø Monitor health status of LAN/WAN and Internet connection, perform operation and monitoring tasks on email, application & database servers
Ø Answer emergency call from users, log call and provide assistance to users via phone
Ø Escalation exceptions and urgent case to second level support
Ø Log health check result and brief engineer in follow on shift on outstanding call for continuation and follow up
Ø Report work in shift hours:
Ø Monitor System and WAN running status and take action immediately when incident happens.
Ø Ensure backups are carried out in accordance with defined procedure; prepare tape exchange form according to backup procedure.
Ø Preparing daily reports delivering to respective customers and monthly SLA report,
Ø Carry out defined EIM equipment installation and configuration with the guide from work instruction.
Ø To maintain the tools /equipment / machines so that they are in working condition at all times.
Ø Prepare shift operation hand-over form;
Requirement
Ø Major on computer science and will graduate in 2012
Ø Willing to work in shift hours
Ø Good performance in school
