1. Plans, writes, and edits technical information in English for paper, multimedia, or Web-based publications
2. Reads technical design documents and communicates frequently with software developers and testers to collect, analyze, and incorporate technical information
3. Researches and interprets technical information into easy-to-understand information for specific audiences
