為匯豐集團(tuán)的人壽保險和財產(chǎn)保險業(yè)務(wù)提供核保、保全和理賠等營運(yùn)支持服務(wù)。
Job Duties:
- Meet targets on productivity and accuracy within stipulated time frame. Instructions/requests are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken;
- Work is/tasks are processed in accordance with policies and procedures within authority limit;
- Common fraud/errors/irregular transactions are identified and escalated;
- Undertake quality check job assigned by assistant managers to ensure processing quality meets standard;
- Handle customers enquiry;
- Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, major in English or Economics related is preferred;
- Have related work experience in insurance industry is preferred;
- Have LOMA Certification is an advantage;
- Ability to understand written English;
- Good communication skill;
- Attention to details;
- Be able to work in high pressure;
- Fast learner;
- Good team player.
