Intern HSBC Payment Operations職位描述:
Job Duties :
- This position will be hired to support HSBC General Banking Service, Payment Operations team ;
- The intern is required to handle various Bank payment, including but not limited to :
1) Daily expenses payment according to business department’s instructions
2) Regular Bank payments, such as telephone charges, office and residence rental, management fee, utilities, deposit etc
3) Independently handle payment for office purchase expenses with corporate vendor via Buysmart system
- Prepare maintenance form for Bank fixed assets ;
- Deal with daily payment inquiries and answer questions from internal staff ;
- To make sure that the operations are complied with internal and external policy, procedures and requirements Requirements :
- Local university student , Mainland China citizen, holder of PRC ID Card
- Major in Accounting
- Good commend of English, both spoken and written ability
- Good service mind-set
- Strictly adhere to procedure guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- Quick learner and very detail-oriented
- Can work under limited time-line with multiple tasks and under pressure
Attendance Requirement :
- Applicant must be able to secure 4-5 days service per week for a continuous 9-month
Allowance and Reward:
- The intern will be entitled with daily service allowance, RMB 60 /day, payable on monthly basis
