    HR Intern - Project Assistant職位描述:
    該職位為HR 部門(mén)實(shí)習(xí)生,要求一周工作4天,能在職6 -9個(gè)月,英文熟練。
    Purpose of the position
    1. Support organization and delivery of Linde Pro trainings, including train-the-trainer workshop and base sales men training;
    2. Maintain personnel database/Traccess system to track the status and report program progress;
    3. Support program communication, e.g. update website, issue journals etc.
    Responsibilities
    1. Support to develops training plans including activities with responsible people and time frame;
    2. Takes responsibility in the implementation of plans by coordinating with all stakeholders;
    3. Supports trainings for each module, including material preparation and translation (proof-read);
    4. Collects feedback on training delivery and provide report for any improvement required.
    5. Accurately maintains Linde Pro personal database;
    6. Updates Traccess CI (Linde Pro Intelligence On-line Test) in alignment with module certification schedule, and handle participants enquiry.
    7. Develops and continuously improves Linde Pro Intranet site for RGC to popularize Linde Pro.
    8. Promotes Linde Pro from many spectrums, e.g. regular communications, special event, celebration of progress, rewards;
    Required key skills (functional/technical)
    1. Commit to work at least 15 working days per month, not less than 4 working days per week.
    2. Proficient in applying English into reading & writing, prefer English major
    3. Competent in using computer, E.g. Software to maintain company intranet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    4. Took initiative to overcome challenges/ to be trouble shooting
    5. Enthusiasm in learning and self-developing
