Lisbon， Portugal， 08 Dec – The Portuguese government will invest 7.1 billion euros in two high-speed railway lines， which are expected to go into operation in 2013， Portuguese financial daily newspaper Jornal de Negócios reported Thursday.葡萄牙里斯本12月8日電－《葡萄牙商務日報》周四報道，葡政府將投資71億歐元修建兩條高速鐵路，2013年開始運營。
