Beijing， China， 24 Nov – Beijing Capital International Airport （BCIA） has launched a tender for building a hotel complex to a total value of USD 74 million， said BCIA manager Liu Guixin.中國，北京，11月24日－北京首都國際機場經理劉桂新稱，首都國際機場已經開始招標修建旅館區(qū)，總費用為7400萬美元。
This is the first time the state company has requested private investors to take part in a project.這是首都機場第一次邀請私人投資者參與項目建設。
According to Guixin the complex will include a 4-star hotel， a budget hotel and a building for national and international air carriers.劉桂新稱，旅館區(qū)將包括一個四賓館，一個經濟型旅館，以及一座為國內和國際航空公司準備的大樓。
The complex will take 20 months to build and the concession of the tender will be decided in December of this year.旅館區(qū)建設期為20個月，今年12月將決定投標的特許經營期限。
The complex will be located next to Terminal 3 and should be finished in 2007. At the same time a new highway and a metro line will be built to link Beijing to the new terminal.旅館區(qū)將緊挨著三號候機樓修建，2007年完工。到那時，北京市區(qū)和機場之間還將建成一條新高速公路及一條新地鐵。
The hotel complex is part of the Beijing Airport renovation project of a total value of USD 3.7 billion.旅館區(qū)是北京機場改造工程的一部分。改造工程總費用為37億美元。
The airport is currently working over capacity and the reconstruction project will equip it to deal with the influx of passengers and cargo expected during the 2008 Olympic Games.目前，首都機場超負荷運行，改造工程將使其提高旅客和貨物接納能力，以迎接2008年奧運會。
Liu Guixin said the tender was also open to proposals from foreign companies.招標還向外國公司開放。
Guixin added that business conditions after the Games are expected to be very good given that there is an increasing number of businessmen traveling to Beijing and a new 200，000 square-meter exhibition center will be built next to the airport.劉桂新補充道，奧運會過后，越來越多的商人將來北京旅行，另外，緊挨著機場還會修建一個20萬平方米的展覽中心，機場的商業(yè)條件將會非常好。
