職位描述： Job Purpose
Overall supervision of operations activities in ensuring productive use of man, process, equipment to meet operations goals
Principal Accountabilities
Perform shift duties to support production
Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing Assistants in the day-to-day operations
Plan, strategize and monitor the movement of WIP for maximum throughput, minimum idle time and maintain line linearity
Solicit Engineering support to ensure tight focus on areas and variance requiring immediate attention
Resolve and handle line-related issues/preventive maintenance and to understand all equipment capacities /constraints so as to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations
Organize training and certification for Manufacturing Assistants to upgrade their skills
Facilitate and participate in cost reduction programs and yield improvement
Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take actions on violatorsEnsure proper documentation and data-integrity
Position Specification
Bachelor & above degree in IE/ electrical/electronics /Mechanical /Manufacturing /Chemical Engineering or Honors Degree in Physics/Chemistry or equivalent
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Skill
Knowledge company training and certification system
Excellent interpersonal communication skill
Master manpower management skill
