We are looking for an intern who meets below requirements:
1. Diligent and a fast learner
2. Good oral communication skills both in Chinese and English
3. Details initiated
4. Be familiar with MSOffice (Word\Excel)
He/she is expected to help our Admin team on following issues:
1. Answer and transfer the calls
2. Receive and distribution of fax and office mails
3. Maintaining office equipment ( telephone system, copier, fax machine, printers…)
4. Receiving the guests to the office
5. Typing/filing document
6. Daily office administration support
7. Other works assigned by manager
This is an on-going job so we prefer the students who can work at least 24 hours per week.
