客戶經(jīng)理 Account Manager - Japanese OEM Customer
    Working Location:Guangzhou, China
    Roles and Responsibilities
    - To sell to and service International Japanese OEM customer.
    - To achieve major targets (turnover, innovation sales, account share) and manage credit control
    - To formulate and implement, after approval, Key Account development plan (incl. product portfolio, selling prices, innovation product penetration)
    - To liaison with each Global Key Account Manager and participate required meetings/telecons.
    - To participate/assist General Terms & Conditions negotiation and implementglobal contracts
    - To understand customer needs and communicate information (forecast, product demand, new platforms, competition, etc.)
    - To organize seminar, training, innovation tour, customer visits at different levels
    - To coordinate with other sales channels to avoid possible conflicts.
    - To maintain/strengthen customer intimacy.
    Qualification Requirement:
    - Strong customer / market insight.
    - Good knowledge of OE business management
    - Proper training and experience in IKAM.
    - Good communication and presentation skills.
    - Good teamwork spirits.
    - Good negotiation skills.
    - High English and Japanese proficiency and good Chinese is preferred.
    - Computer literacy for Office programs, etc.
    - Be able to travel frequently.
    - Working experience in automotive Industry is preferred.
