About a month ago, I ordered and received a copy of your free booklet, ABCs of E-Mail Writing. It has been really helpful to me, and to my colleagues as well. Unfortunately, however, it now appears to have been mislaid and a thorough search has not recovered it.
Do you think you could possibly send me a replacement copy? This time I do promise to take better care, even if it means putting a padlock on it! I would appreciate your kindest understanding in this matter and hope to be able to receive the booklet soon.
