Principal Activities(主要工作)：
Ensure supplying gas to customers safely, smoothly, reliably and qualify. 確保安全、平穩(wěn)、可靠、合格向下游用戶供氣。
· Constantly monitors SCADA to ensure safe operation and quality product specification are maintained. 持續(xù)監(jiān)控SCADA系統(tǒng)以確保安全運(yùn)行，氣體質(zhì)量合格。
· Controls supply pressure and Off take station flows base on contracts to ensure all gas customer demands are fulfilled. 按照合同控制供氣壓力和站場(chǎng)流量以確保滿足所有用戶的需求。
To ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are adhered to in accordance with safety and statutory requirements. 確保遵循所有安全和環(huán)境規(guī)程以符合安全和法規(guī)要求。
All work in the station is the responsibility of each operator. Operators must control all work.當(dāng)班操作員對(duì)站場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)，監(jiān)控站內(nèi)的所有作業(yè)。
Assume role as part of GD LNG Pipeline’s emergency response team and will have an assigned duty for an emergency situation. Manage and check fire fighting equipments, be familiar with emergency procedures to facilitate timely and accurate emergency response activity. 承擔(dān)應(yīng)急響應(yīng)團(tuán)隊(duì)職責(zé)，在緊急狀態(tài)下，履行指定的職責(zé)。管理和檢查消防器材， 熟悉應(yīng)急程序以便及時(shí)響應(yīng)和正確履行應(yīng)急職責(zé)。
To inspect safety devices to ensure that they are in their proper location and functioning properly. Report any hazards detected or incidents immediately.檢查安全設(shè)備以確保它們?cè)诤线m的位置并工作正常。及時(shí)報(bào)告發(fā)現(xiàn)的任何風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
Monitors and records instrument readings of gas volumes, temperatures, flows and pressures to ensure safe operation and quality product, and reports deviations from standard so that corrective action can be taken. 監(jiān)控和記錄氣量、溫度、流量和壓力的儀表讀數(shù)以確保安全運(yùn)行和氣體合格，報(bào)告存在的問(wèn)題以便采取更正措施。
Conducts patrol on time, checks the equipment by physical inspection whilst on shift to verify operational status and takes timely and appropriate corrective action during emergency. 當(dāng)班期間，按時(shí)巡檢，檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，發(fā)現(xiàn)緊急情況，采取及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的措施進(jìn)行處理。
Monitor housekeeping tasks in specific areas of responsibility to ensure good appearance. 監(jiān)控站場(chǎng)各區(qū)域環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，確保良好的站容站貌。
Monitor all Fire & Gas alerts and alarms. 監(jiān)控所有火氣警報(bào)和報(bào)警。
Raise work orders in MAXIMO in time when problems are found, issue PTW with high quality based on maintenance scheduled plans for each stations. Monitor the maintenance work safely and attend the maintenance quality management. 發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題時(shí)，及時(shí)填報(bào)MAXIMO工單，嚴(yán)格按照維修計(jì)劃，高質(zhì)量簽發(fā)作業(yè)許可證。監(jiān)控維修作業(yè)以確保安全，參與維修質(zhì)量的三級(jí)管理。
Prepare of Off take Station equipment for maintenance including energy isolation and gas freeing. 進(jìn)行站場(chǎng)設(shè)備維修的準(zhǔn)備工作，包括能源隔離、氣體放空和氮?dú)庵脫Q等。
Perform minor maintenance which can be safely conducted with competent manner whilst on shift. 當(dāng)班期間，安全地開(kāi)展力所能及的小型維修。
Records of all safety permits are to be filed and stored for audit purposes. 填寫(xiě)所有的安全許可記錄并保存以便進(jìn)行審計(jì)。
Submit JOC and PTW audit monthly as per requirement. 按照要求每月提交JOC和PTW AUDIT。
Build technical dossier of station and update it in time.
建立站場(chǎng)技術(shù)檔案，及時(shí)更新技術(shù)資料。
To maintain constant communication with Pipeline Central Control Room Operators, Pipeline Senior Operator and Zone Supervisor. Report deviations from standard to Pipeline Central Control Room Operators and Zone Supervisor so that corrective action can be taken. 與中控室操作員、高級(jí)操作員和區(qū)域主管保持持續(xù)溝通。向中控室操作員和區(qū)域主管報(bào)告問(wèn)題以便采取更正措施。
Attend the zone monthly check. 積極參與月度檢查和桌面應(yīng)急演習(xí)。
Attend the trainings to improve skills. 積極參與各種培訓(xùn)，提高自身技能。
Submit the living and office material reasonably, confirm and receive and manage effectively. 合理上報(bào)本站的生活、辦公物資，確認(rèn)簽收，并進(jìn)行有效管理。
對(duì)本站保安和保潔員提供培訓(xùn)和進(jìn)行管理，確保他們熟知工作注意事項(xiàng)，了解相關(guān)職責(zé)。
積極參與公司體系學(xué)習(xí)和考核，努力提高自身素質(zhì)素養(yǎng)。
按時(shí)按質(zhì)完成站場(chǎng)各種生產(chǎn)日?qǐng)?bào)。
Educational Background(教育背景)
The job holder must have a junior college diploma or above, major in nature gas or associated. 大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷，石油天然氣或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
