主要職責:
根據(jù)美容顧問實際情況進行柜臺實地培訓, 協(xié)助經理做好美容顧問課堂培訓
招聘、發(fā)展、考核、激勵美容顧問
專柜柜臺日常管理
及時跟進和反饋產品分銷及價格問題
及時準確提供報表記錄
具體要求如下：
1． 大學本科；
2． 熱愛化妝品事業(yè)；
3． 具有較強的領導、良好的組織、溝通能力，善于激勵及人員管理；
4． 良好的英文基礎；
5． 良好電腦技能，如電子郵件、Excel、word等；
6． 當?shù)爻擎?zhèn)戶口優(yōu)先考慮；
7． 性格外向；
Olay BC Training Supervisor （Non-management Trainee）
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree
2.Passion for Skin Care & cosmetics beauty business
3.Strong leadership, good in communication and people management
4.Good at English listening and reading
