Shimao China Holdings Ltd (649.HK) has spent 49.1 mln hkd to buy an office floor in the Hong Kong Convention Centre, the Singtao Daily reported, quoting compan chairman Hui Wing Mau.
The office space will be used to establish the company's headquarters, the newspaper said.
The purchase was funded by a bank loan and personal borrowings from chairman Hui, the newspaper said
