Nowadays many charityand other organizations publicize their activities by giving a name to a particular day every year, like National Children's Day, National Non-smoking day, etc.

MB3 － 指出這些所謂的“節(jié)日”可能產(chǎn)生的副作用，一是the public may be confusedby so many special days and will be at a loss to know what to do, 二是on most days of the year, ordinary citizens might ignore the significant issues promoted by these special days.
