一般用于熟人之間在某一場(chǎng)合直接留言。留言時(shí)往往簡(jiǎn)明扼要，格式也較簡(jiǎn)單。日期可寫(xiě)年、月、日，也可寫(xiě)星期幾、上下午，或幾點(diǎn)鐘。名字一般只用姓或名，如雙方不熟悉，也可用全名。語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)是用詞隨便通俗，比較接近口語(yǔ)。如：

通知(通告)是要告知某種信息而使用的一種文體。形式有：在通知(通告)上方居中寫(xiě)上Notice字樣作為標(biāo)題；無(wú)稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)，通知中用第三人稱(chēng)；出通知單位或負(fù)責(zé)人名字應(yīng)寫(xiě)在正文最后的右下方，或放在標(biāo)題之上，作為標(biāo)題的一部分，這樣最后不再署名；出通知的日期寫(xiě)在正文右下方，應(yīng)在單位名的下一行。如：
